I took a screenshot of the count before rolling the dice and compared to after, and it looks like it’s giving development card rewards but there’s no animation or anything for it so there’s no way to know what you’re getting.
it looks like for most of the rewards where extra is given per building upgrade that the rewards aren’t correct under Current Benefits. For most of them it looks like VP is correct but not the additional reward (monument seems to be the exception and is correctly adding per upgrade.)
