Resource tiles not available when Park is above tunnel

in Report a Bug
App: 1.0.1
Mobile: Galaxy S9+
OS: Android 10
Severity: Annoying
In my area is a good example where there is an underground road tunnel passing through a park, this means that then proximity rule for resource token tiles near a road is triggered when it shouldn't
Annoying, and reckon that a lot of people around the world that have ungrounded roadways passing underneath parks, would also find it annoying that they cannot get Resource Token Tiles in their parks.
In the pic, shows a Settlement and 2 Resource Towers in the middle of roadway, but actually they are above the underground road tunnel as well.

@CATANFiona this is still not fixed
@CATANFiona the above link details the underground tunnel.
Which goes underneath
Oakley Creek Esplanade/Waterview Glades
Phyllis Reserve
Alan Wood Reserve Park
Open Street maps clearly shows underground roads. So any park above ground should not be affected by the proximity detection of underground roads
