No effect cards

in Game Feedback

Too much cards have no effect on settlements. Why not add new effects maybe give experience or give special cards etc?

    They give more VP and maybe those empties have just been left for something that is coming in the future.

    1.20 update is so bad. More cards with no effect...

    I think it’s just minor text issues mostly.
