Is there any way to get them from playing the game or do u just get them randomly?

Hi @Ulver, you can get Totem Tokens by completing either of the two Quests available from the Daily Recap. Easy Quest rewards two and Hard Quest rewards three Tokens respectively.
They are also available for purchase in the in app store.
However the Hard Quest which rewards 3 Tokens is difficult, but not hard to do
