Library not giving RP

Should the library not give 25 RP on each dice roll ?

I think I'd did in the beginning, but haven't seen any the last couple of days.

This issue was resolved in the 1.27 release. Bug # 12872

    From known issues:

    • Incorrect RP are sometimes rewarded for the Library and University buildings upon upgrading them in a Personal Settlement.

    So by it giving nothing, falls under "incorrect RP" ? :)

    Still not receiving RP from the library when rolling * Will it only give RP from a number?
