This issue was fixed in the 1.20.1 release. Ticket #13573.

me too! And on top of that, this season, the reward changed to 6 totem tokens instead of 3. However, i seem to be able to do the quest on alternate days (seems to be the trend so far). On some days i accept the hard quest but it disappears from my quest list. So on average im still getting 3 tokens/day and half the other rewards :(
reported this on the gilda quest thread but it has been marked as resolved (although its not) so im not sure if my message gets across.
One of the features this season was that totem rewards were doubled.
Can confirm that {hour} shows up for me as well. Probably for all users.
update: my gilda quest seems to be working fine (for 3 days now) keeping my fingers crossed it works normally.
