Quick Harvest boost fails to work

Example of what I mean:
‘I’ve a settlement with 34 minutes left on the dice timer. I use a Quick Harvest boost on it. The timer now shows as 00:00:00 but the harvest dice don’t show up. The big ray of light from the shy does shine down on the settlement but no dice appear.
I’ve had this happen at a few settlements now. I’d upload a video showing an example but the forum doesn’t appear to allow video uploads.
I’m on an iPhone XR running iOS 13.5.1 and CATAN version 1.3.4

Quick harvest doesn't work. Played it on a settlement is just rolled harvest dice and time for next roll wasn't reduced at all. I see from community posts that this has been an issue for at least 2 months, pretty much since launch. If you can't fix this please stop issuing dud cards or provide some compensation.
