I wonder if this only rewards uncommon development cards or also common development cards. There's nothing in the description...

    Yes the development cards can be epic dice and uncommon buildings. This can be closed

    Or maybe it should be limitted to the crane that only uncommon dev cards can be rewarded and staple house only rewards common ones and and a new rare building which rewards rare dev cards

    Update: I haven't seen any cards higher than uncommon
