New Season letter appears as already claimed

Hi guys.


Opened the New Season letter and read to the bottom when I noticed the rewards button said 'Claimed'.

I hadn't claimed the rewards yet.

I wondered if it claimed automatically on starting the game, however I have no resources in my inventory to indicate that as the case.

Restarted the game a few time hoping it would load properly, but still unable to claim.

Device: Samsung Galaxy A8

Game version: 1.27.4

    Same here. Said I had already claimed it when I opened the letter.

    Can anyone update what the rewards were meant to be?

    I got them when I first logged in after the season reset. I got ten of the new weird metallic tokens for getting second place world wide (we won). And another ten of the same for coming second locally (we also won that by a massive margin).

    Hi - Sorry for the confusion here, some players who claimed their rewards in the last season could not claim them with the new season. We have fixed the issue, you should be able to refresh your app and claim the rewards from the inbox message now if you have not claimed the rewards for this season yet.
